POSTAGE AND PACKING.

Postage rates include cost and weight of either a jiffy bag or a card-backed envelope. In the case of the smaller items, this means that it is often as cheap to mail a few items as it is to mail one. Numbers in brackets indicate the amount of items that can be sent for the same postage. Posters are rolled and sent inside a cardboard tube and the cost of the tube is included in the postage rate.
